In a Nimbah class you will be practicing various poses for building strength, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness. Modifications are offered for beginners while challenging variations are available for advanced students. We will visit various styles and each class will include different yoga ingredients! 

NIMBAH YIN YOGA: 

All levels welcome

In a Yin yoga class you will mostly practice seated and supine. The poses will be long held and will therefore target the fascia/connective tissues in the body which may get stiff and immobile with age.

This is a marvellously therapeutic tool for healing physical, mental, and emotional imbalances. 

ASHTANGA YOGA: 

All levels are welcome

In this ashtanga class you will go through a sequence of poses that will be in the 

same order in each class. There are different levels of Ashtanga series and in these classes you will be introduced to the first series of the Ashtanga method formed by Pattabhi Jois.
